One of the things I’ve been saying over the last couple of years is that there’s no such thing as bad food, only bad diets. I say that because of how often we hear: don’t eat that, or don’t eat there. Fast food and convenience stores are supposedly the worst for you!
Here’s a story about a guy who ate at gas stations for 30 days and actually wound up losing weight. Now, he did look for healthy options, which are much more plentiful today, but the point, is that he made good choices. I’d also like to point out, that if you’re losing weight, you still have room for a good, old-fashioned Snickers bar! Maybe two!
I haven’t crunched any numbers, but it seems like 2017 is going to lose more celebrities than 2016. And we’ve lost another big name in Tom Petty.
While I wasn’t the biggest fan of Tom Petty, I’ve always appreciated his music. He’s a cultural music icon and deserved to be. I remember being introduced to Tom Petty during the MTV years when Music Television was defined by actual music… on television. Music twenty-four hours a day. And for a while, You Got Lucky played every hour on the hour (or so it seemed).
